How to delete XP partition
When you can boot into Vista, you can do what you want with the XP partition. You will need a third party product such as BootItNG to combine the space into one partition if XP is on the first partition. If on the second, you can delete it and combine the free space into the first partition.

What is using so much hard drive space?
One thing you should beware of is that Vista puts the boot records on the C: drive, therefore if your XP drive is the C: drive and you erase it or remove it, I was just reading a thread on removing XP.. I just want to map out my configuration and make sure I do this correct. I have two hard drives.
